Tali Posted May 11, 2015 Share Posted May 11, 2015 [custom Quarian Vanguard National flag coming soon] The Admiralty Board is currently looking for talented artists to construct a flag that meshes The Quarian Empires image mixed with Vanguards flag. All Quarians are encouraged to sign up for the competition. The Interior Admiralty Board member is creating blue pronts for an upcoming coty currently being planned and proposed. The Defense Admiralty Board is arguing and claims we need to build up military assets instead of building another economic center.
