CEO of QuarianHealth has been charged for terrorism, using B.O.Ws and endaegerment of the planet. CEO of QuarianHeath had this to say "The world can use another pandemic to lower our numbers. This planet cant handle all the population its carrying, so I unleashed the viruses in Seoul and attempted to spread it world wide. See you all in the darkest pits of hell". The Quarian Empire has found evidence supporting QuarianHealths involvement in these terrorist attacks.
