Soft lock on iPad when loading the ‘random confirm you aren’t a bot’ thing.

A couple minutes ago, as of writing, I was playing on the app. Then my screen had the loading sign for 3 minutes before I restarted the app, but when I got back on it was still loading. I waited a minute then restarted the app, waited a minute restarted the app, and repeated one more time before opening the site and seeing I needed to confirm I wasn’t a bot. I forgot to take a photo(s), sorry, I will if it happens again.

Use website over app, app has always been like this to my knowledge.
