There's this big notification sitting on my nation and I can't help but imagine most of the active player-base has absolutely zero interest in $25m and like 3 tanks worth of manus.

 

I'd say minimally 10x the cash reward / 20-50x the manu reward and ensure that the referred player also gets a bonus (not sure how it work on the other end) so that friends can hop into the game with some advantage (and raiders can reap the rewards if they go inactive). Win-win-win for all.

Yeah, I'm sure the rewards are appealing to a c3 nation but anybody else isn't going to bother
