The lack of content, a possipole solution

Hi, I'am leader of Blackwater
My alliance target is to make players enjoy the game more than professionalism and competitiveness, therefore we make very short interactive guides and ensure having fun in the game.
And I was in talks with villiage about my suggestions and he mentioned the horrific retention the game has, and it's due to the lack of content nothing new for y'all. 
My suggestion is to add new content to the game to make it more lively again

I suggest adding football to the game
how? I am glad you asked (no one did lol)
the main titles are adding an alliance dup which is like the World Cup hosted once every 6 months
and alliance derbies which are hosted inside the alliance members and the alliance leadership can manage those derbies like how much they repeat matches timing etc..

add a national football team tab like OBL then the football team will be much more like the OBL but will be like they have more skills speed dribbling passing attack defense etc...
how the training will work
training will add 1 point to a desired skill each time the training takes 1 turns and you will have a total of 400 points for example (didn't do the math ngl) and the training gets 15% more expensive each time until it reaches 100m per point then it doesn't get more expensive 
you can make 50 players, matches require 15 players 11 main 4 for deck the other players are in your player inventory
each time you make a player you get a percentage of getting a trait a player that has more physical or speed etc..
Aswell as adding a player market where you can sell players for millions or billions (imagine having Messi and Cristiano in pnw :) )
I haven't thought about the age part a lot that's where I need community help, I think players should expire at the age of 50-60, I need the community help in many sections of the suggestion if like when creating an alliance derby will it be a mandatory to put prizes or no

Another idea is about the approval rating it has been a cosmetic value for a long time now and, I think it would make more sense to put it onto use.
For example, when your approval rating drops it affects your tax income and, when it raises it affects your tax income in a positive way, you can raise approval rating by hospitals and police stations (the stuff pnw already provides atm), and by also paying money to host a variety of national events which have tiers cheap, moderate, expensive, super expensive etc..
lastly I ask the community to help me shape up this suggestion int the replies by adding more points to discuss and support getting this suggestion ingame actually, also I want to say to the devs that you focus a lot on politics and, war and, alliances which caused the content lack you should add stuff next to  (side by side) with the politics war and alliances and hopefully fix the horrific retention
