Would allow younger nations and younger and smaller alliances to catch up to the bigger ones. It would also give smaller spheres and alliances to catch up to the top 3 spheres and would completely change the dynamics of the global war and create a more balance and a fairer gaming experience. Why should younger players and younger alliances be punished and not be given the opportunity to catch up to to the bigger ones. Also building more than 35 cities end up becoming too expensive and economically unviable, it least these two projects would allow for more growth as it would benefit it least close to 70-80 percent of the players in the politics and war game.
