Miwlikot Pautway
Not sure where this would belong, but oh well. On 10 February 2090, one of the High Entities of Orbis, Village, announced that, after months of considerations, the Entities, led by their Supreme Entity Alex, would institute changes to the way wars are allowed to be declared and waged. "Hey everyone, as the last remaining major conflict in Orbis has just ended in a white peace, we're going to be starting the war declaration blackout for the next few days so we can deploy the other war related changes as well. As a note, the beige changes are currently under discussion and when things go live no beige changes will be pushed without a final conclusion on the ongoing discussions," Village said in his official statement. Immediately after that statement, military personnel, equipment, and materiel that were not already in combat, as well as all secret agents throughout Orbis, were paralyzed or disabled by extremely powerful waves whose composition is known only to the High Entities. Although many nations were upset that they temporarily could not raid or show force, many nations also welcomed the impending changes to the ways of war, which will be meant to have nations profit more off of and grow more from them. As of the time of writing (23 March 2090, when this was originally written as a bulletin), the classified-composition superpowered waves are still in effect on military and intelligence assets, rendering them useless. Military personnel and secret agents are being kept in a coma, firearms have their triggers removed and bolts jammed, and vehicles have their engines clogged. When the "war declaration blackout" ends and the changes are in full force, the assets will be returned to their normal state. I will just mention here that, despite me looking forward to how the documents will affect warfare, I dearly miss one of my closest friends, Aristeo Manuel Noriega Rosales, Admiral of the Farmers' and Traders' Navy.
