Treaty of Helsinki

 

The Holy Britannian Empire known as HBE and Scandinavia hereby enter a treaty of friendship and allowance of Scandinavian waterways in order to boost trade between the two nations. This treaty will mark the first under King Ciel's rule and mark a new beginning for both nations which in history have deep routes stemming from the first monarch of Sweden to the present leader of Scandinavia.

Thus, this treaty will serve as the dawn of a new era between The Holy Britannian Empire and Scandinavia.

Terms:

1. The Holy Britannian Empire agrees to follow all rules and regulations when using Scandinavian waterways and Iceland to direct trade.

2. This treaty will serve as a foundation to future negotiations.

3. No WMDs may be traded or moved in Scandinavian waterways.

4. Scandinavian will allow HBE to trade using Scandinavian waterways.

5. Should any parties wish to cease trade or cut ties a 72 hour notice must be given in which preparations will be made to dismantle the trade network.
