Federal German Embassy Port Royalty

The Embassy in Port Royalty was functioning as normally as possible. The German Ambassador Karoline Kowaleska had returned from southern France from her Vacation. Her agenda was full for the day, she was going to visit the German International School of Port Royalty, meet the Hungadada Minister of Civil Aviation, and also visit a Hospital where 4 Germans were suffering injuries from food poisoning. The German Embassy was located near the Royal Palace, getting a perfect view of the Palace, Ambassador Kowaleski's Motorcade had arrived. The Hungadada Diplomatic Security was very kind and flexible. They often went out of their way to make sure the Ambassador was content and safe. "Madame Ambassador, your Motorcade is outside," The German Royal Marines escorted me outside, where I entered the vehicle. The Black SUV was bulletproof and tinted to protect me. "Madame Ambassador! One of my staff called. She ran towards me, a very small but intellectual girl, she had been on my team for less than 3 months. She was bright, funny, but fatefully shy. "Ms. Ambassador, there were some arrests at a local bar. Some German Citizens fought with another foreigner and things got messy, I thought you might want to go see them. I know you are busy, but I thought you might enj...." I took the file, "Don't mention it. Do not worry Eliza, I will handle it. As she ran back inside, an explosion rocked the area. A bright fire ball erupted over the Palace. On instinct, the Hungadada DS grabbed me, taking me back inside the Embassy where the gates were locked and Marines on sentry duty. The Embassy went onto quick shut-down, locking every access point and securing me in the Special Bunker. 

"Get me the Regional Security Coordiantor, Lock down the Embassy. Evacuate all civilians, and arm the Marine Attachés. I want our security sysems running, our files and covert data secured. Lets get ontop fo this situation, and get our Government Relations Officer ere. 

German Intelligence Office

"Alright. I have a meeting with President Wolf in 3 hours, let's get the burn-book together. Let's hustle," Igor Shmidt was a veteran Intelligence officer of the German Federal Security Bureau. Tasked with protecting Germany by performing less top-secret clandestine operations. The FSB gave the President a daily briefing, of the top 30 threats to the Federation. The FSB building was quiet, it was empty in their office. Igor, the National Security Director, and President Wolf were college roommates at the Dresden National Studies. They formed a bond of friendship. Igor became President Wolf's chief intelligence reporter during her first term. 

While I was en route to the Blue House, my phone began violently shaking. THIRD ECHOLEON OPERTIONA CENTER: BOMBING PR...FSB Headquarters Kiel: Bombing Port Royalty...NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE COUNCIL: DEADLY BOMBING, ALL COVERT ASSETS, AND MILITARY UNITS REMAIN ON ALERT. As if on cue, the Special Agents diverted from the front gate, using the secure back entrance to bring me to President Wolf. The Blue house was a mess, Generals and Intelligence Directors were rushing around, Interns and Staffers were in shock as they watched the news. I could see the pure terror and fear in their eyes.

A deadly explosion rocked the peaceful capital of Hungadada. Reports from the ground by locals have told us an Explosion at the Royal Palace has taken place. We do not know who the intended target was, or if the Emperor was at home. The Royal Palace has not responded to our messages. We also called the Hungadada Ambassador who was unavailable. We will keep you updated on the matter, and bring live updates when we can. 

Diamant Office, Blue House 

The President's Office was no better. The Diamant Office was in chaos. Generals were already on their warmaps, pinpoint recent terrorist attacks, possible consipirators. The Directors tried to piece together the events, and the President was still unaccounted for. I finally caved in...But before I could shout, the door burst open. 

Bundespräsident Wolf POV

By the time I had gotten out of the East Wing, the news was circulating. Our number one friend, and ally was just hit in a terrorist attack. What was worst is that the Hungadada Emperor was in proximity of the blast and unaccounted for. I had finished calling the Hungadada Minister of Defense, and Royal Family. I promised to send any and all support, I also asked President Klaire Haas at the TEA Headquarters to free up TEA assets to provide relief aid. These were shocking time. My hand trembled as I signed another Directive, the Verteidingungsbereitschaft had been raised to Level 3. The Highest in any Peacetime of the Federation. I had already ordered my Joint Chiefs to secure all Barracks, lock down the bases. And have a QRF on stand-by. The Embassy in Port Royalty was on Lockdown, but we got a secure cable that there were no complications there. I was escorted to the Diamund Office. My staff were all scrambling, or to shaken to speak. When I got to my office, I saw maps, targets, HVTs, Tracked cells, and other things. I saw Igors face as well. A face ready to boil. “EVERYONE!” I shouted. The entire room went quiet. My hands still shaking, I looked at the Cabinet. Our Chancellor and Defense Minister are away. Half of the National Security Council are on leave, and we are short on tactical intelligence. I need to be briefed on the situation in Hungadada after we finish the other threats. Until then, I want all Non-essential and non-military/intelligence director to leave. Most of the Room emptied, Major General Higgins, Director Laurens, and Igor remained. “Igor. Please sit down, I motioned to the empty couches next to my chair. Give me the threats from the Burn-book. “His thick Russian accent was noticeable, but it made him so much more fierce. “The German Army reports that the NRA in Munich has expanded, attacks have skyrocketed and troops have received heavy fatalities including loss of limbs. We believe a FRA Cell in Vale Heights is operating again, and a high-level FRA Leader is expected to be there. We have a possible hate crime attack in Kiel. Some locals attacked a Swedish Owned Store, killing 3 and damaging the entire property. The Anti-Government Republican Front has gained more momentum and we expect their numbers to expand to 300,000 by 2020. Lastly, the German Military has seen a rise in FRA activity in Flanders after we pulled out.It is not a major threat but could be,” He finished, taking a sip of his black coffee. “Thank you Igor. I took out a notepad, writing on it. “Alright, I will speak to the new Prime Minister the election was underscored but we can cooperate together. The Withdrawal is just a small step in the FRA from expanding once again.  We will get the Joint-Chiefs back in Vale Heights and assemble the Coalition Envoys to discuss the rise of violence. I want the FBI to look into the attack in Kiel. Have the NSA and FBI team up to track the perpetrators and see if it was a hate crime. Let's commence operation valor, keep the AFRF under inspection and if needed dismantling it. Major, now it is still to early and too premature but I need you to ready the RAMC and get Helicopters and Planes ready to report Bremen and make it to Port Royalty if authorized. Director Laurens, we will go in….Red alarms flashed in the Room, as the Federal Security Service stormed the room, dragging me and the rest of the people in the room to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center.
