Spooner
The above image is how resistance loss currently plays out. I'm suggesting that subsequent hits should reduce resistance less than focusing on a more "well-rounded" approach. You could do this by reducing it by two with each hit as follows: First Naval IT = 14 Second Naval IT = 12 Third Naval IT = 10 Fourth Naval IT = 8 (and)First Air IT = 12 Second Air IT = 10 Third Air IT = 8 Fourth Air IT = 6 etc. This encourages battles to focus on actually "winning the war". It's silly to me to win a war against an attacker 100% ground/air forces with 13 ships (I can save up my AP to 12, buy ships then hit over and over and over and over in a quick window to rack up resistance loss), and likewise it's silly for me to "win" a war against an enemy that has absolutely rekt my military on ground/water with only an airforce. Changing the system to encourage air, ground, AND sea victories would result in a more holistic war, tbh. Kid Winchell
The current metagame is to do as much damage as possible while avoiding beiging. The purpose of the recent changes was to make it harder to do that. Reducing the resistance loss for consecutive attacks means that beiging will take longer, and therefore more damage can be done. If you want to encourage people to use multiple unit types while discouraging damage without beiging, you'd either have to make using only one type of unit cause beige in fewer attacks (i.e. increase the resistance loss per attack), or you'd have to decrease the damage done per attack for consecutive attacks of the same type. Spooner
You could also buff the "initial" attack if you want to keep wars a similar length of time. So for example it would look like- Before (Naval IT): 14, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14 first - second - third - fourth - etc After (Naval IT) 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8 Quote ☾☆ High Priest of Dio
