Thundera Update

Military:

 

Thundera's lack of military spending for major upgrades has left it's military lagging in slowly falling in the ranks. The old defense policy has been deemed outdated. Therefore, King Tiggera has approved the following military upgrades;

-More military spending (From: §201,000,000 To: §562,000,000)

-The Department of Defense has also signed a contract with the defense firm Apen to buy 450 state of the art Z-16s

-In addition to the this, Thundera will be purchasing more advanced warships and missile systems as soon as the complete their testing phases.

 

-Thundera's Nuclear Command Center will be delegated an additional §56,000,000 to modernize and expand Thundera's nuclear arsenal.

 

-Thundera will adapt the new 2/1 plan as its defense policy. That is, Thundera will develop a large enough defensive/offensive assets which will be strategically placed that will allow Thundera fight two separate wars on Europe and Asia simultaneously, while also be able to fend off against small incursions/ defend against a minor military power.

Economy:

 

Thundera's economy has been thriving and it's GDP has increased an average of 4.2% per year. The department of commerce, which also oversees Thundera's trade, had announced that individual state(s) will be permitted to enter separate trade agreements with foreign entities so long as it's approved by the DoC.

 

Foreign Affairs:

 

Thundera have maintained a friendly foreign policy with nations over the past decade and haven't entered into any sphere locking agreement(s).

 

Internal Affairs:

 

Thundera hasn't experienced any terror or other security attacks or threats,.to ensure this stays, local, state, and national police and agencies as well as SHIELD will remain vigilant.
