Hi again, my last appeal was denied and I would like to retry. I won't ask you to unban my nation, but please remove the IP ban so I can start again. I swear if my IP was unbanned, I would strictly follow the rules and never send any horrible messages again. Please, consider it, I would very much appreciate it.

I am a new nation, and was unaware of the rules. Though that does not excuse my behavior, I would be very appreciative if I was given a second chance. I now know the rules, and if given another chance I would strictly abide by them. I love playing this game, and am deeply sorry. Please take this into consideration. I am a new player and was unaware of the rules. I was not given a single warning and so I wish to appeal this ban.
