no if we only build infrastructure it will be waste of money

no that would be bad because we can’t access world other we will be only available to trade resources that we can produce for a much cheaper cost

if there was no limitation on how much a city can have improvements that would be so good and players could build massive cities like tokyo new york ... and it could be a category in leaderboard (nations with largest cities) that would be great and also we can grow forever the only thing that can stop us is our motive for playing the game
