I am Livius Clades, First of his name, Grand Prince of Galicia, Duke of Neustria, Saint of the Dragon Order and the Human Representative of the Warlock Organization. Marquis Iorzire Rasgar, Liason of the Warlock Organization and Representative of the Dragonborn would like to request an audience in the future with the Witch Council. Though a diplomat sent in the form of a Proxy is fine, we request and would prefer to delay a conversation until Lady Eva-Beatrice is available. We wish her fair rest and will pray to the Eleven. Also Lady Tomoko, may the Dragon King Labes continue to project his madness on you.

I'm not concerned with what "everyone else" thinks of the GPA name. I'm concerned with the preservation of it.
We won't be able to hold a treasure for 10 months, and 100 million is affordable. We lost half our membership for reasons other than because we decided to accept the treaty. And if ever the GPA disbands, it will simply be created again with the same name and the same flag, since disbandment is not an option.
Right. Good Luck with that complete waste of time and effort. Continue to celebrate mediocrity. And in January when people want to #RollGPA2017 enjoy your pummeling.

The stupidity is all yours, my friend, because you're the one who doesn't get it. We are a casual alliance, but we care about our name. The two are not mutually exclusive.
Let me simplify. It was a choice between GPA's survival and disbandment. We chose survival. That's all there is to it.
Nah I'm level headed. I know when to quit. Y'all are just heading down the road to ruin. Again. Your very choice ruins your name. Celebrating the name of something casual is to celebrate Mediocrity. We can disagree, you are entitled to your opinion. But note that I'm also entitled to mine. I think y'all should disband. Your name means absolutely nothing to everyone else in this game. It's a joke. I've been here for two years. It's been ingrained into the culture of this game that GPA is a joke and that it's time to #RollGPA(InsertYear). You didn't just lose the war. You lost all semblance of Pride. You have nothing worth defending.

Our protection is more about raids. We will always be vulnerable to being beat down when multiple alliances target us, or when a single alliance that is much more stringent about activity requirements and military cooperation decides to attack us. We aren't an elite alliance, our members have lax activity requirements, our military standards are pretty flexible. We're just an open, casual alliance for the most part.
Anyway, while this is humiliating, it was this or be zeroed and disbanded. This was the only way the GPA name continues to exist. I personally put that over everything else, so I'll take being individually humiliated over the GPA being disbanded. And it seems our alliance leaders thought the same.
Lol What? You serious? Disband! Your name means absolutely nothing. You can't claim the humiliation for this because no one will remember you. But they'll see the flag and they'll know GPA's past. GPA should just disband. You said it yourself your alliance is a casual alliance. Why be serious about a tarnished name? Your Alliance name has been ran through the dirt. And your idea of survival is to praise Dio and remain the punchline of Orbis? For real? The stupidity here is remarkable. You taking the route you did makes the GPA name mean nothing.

By the Graces of the Eleven Dragon Gods, The Grand Principality of Galicia, has made contact with a Group that holds far superior technology to them. They call themselves Warlocks and are masters of Techno-Magic. Their members hail from the many realms of the Eleven. They were attracted to this realm by the magic and technology of the Witch Council. As a devout follower of the Dragon King of Wisdom, Caeruleum, St. Livius Clades asked to join their ranks. To become the first human representative within the Warlock Organization. A deal was struck, in exchange for the access to their techno-magic and the admittance of Livius Clades to the ranks of the Warlock, Grand Prince Livius Clades would allocate a province to the Warlock Organization and give the Warlock Organization access to Galicia's Mobile Suits.
With this new found technology the Grand Principality has begun to infuse magic into their Weapons, including their Mobile Suits. This will greatly increase the growth of their space ports, military prowess and allow them to maintain their territories. It will also increase the standard of living among the populous of Galicia and Neustria. The Warlock Organization is interested in the varying technologies of Orbis and would like a meeting with the Witch Council. This is of course after they finish settling in the province of Navarra. Lord Iorzire Rasgar, Liaison of the Warlock organization will be named Marquis of Navarra. He is Dragonborn, a humanoid Dragon, just one of the many races that form the Warlock Organization. May the fortunes of this alliance be grand. Praise the Eleven. -

Okay so I've seen threads on Space flight and Magic. What technologies are in use within the universe that the current players of RP have created? I want to know so I understand the world that my nation now presided in. I want a complete overview if possible because I care about canon and the world needs to make sense. Magic and Space tech can co-exist as long as they flow with each other. Technomagic is another thing I want to know if it's being utilized.

OOC: I think your forces may be limited to only conquering two provinces per real-life month as per RP map expansion rules. You should double check to see if this kosher.
I was actually trying to use my total 50 provinces to enable this since I just started about an hour ago. I just wanted to set up a scenario for it. I don't plan on taking anymore territory for a long time. I'll just be doing events and such during the coming months and working on stabilizing Neustria. Make sense? This scenario is so I can develop a story over the next few months.

Alright so, is this being incorporated into your nation, or is it like some proxy/vassal state of some kind in which it would be a separate entity on the map?
It's a part of my nation. I want it to be represented on the map as a vassal state, a lesser territory. I've place myself as Duke of Neustria. So I rule both nations. This has happened in history before. I guess you could say it's a vassal in name only. If that doesn't make sense please let me know. The Empire of the Franks did something similar in history.

I've created a Scenario. I want these to be included to my territories since at start we get 50. This should max me out at fifty. I want to focus on building a story-line over the next few months on stabilizing the Duchy of Neustria. No new territories will be claimed by me in the next 4 months. I'm on the record, saying I am placing a 4 month ban, on claiming new territory, on myself.

Announcement from the Palace of the Grand Principality of Galicia
The Grand Principality has invaded the regions of Brittany and Normandy. Placing them under the domain of the Grand Prince Livius Clades and in doing so forms the Duchy of Neustria. The Duchy of Neustria is a vassal state of the Grand Principality of Galicia, and it's people are subject to the laws of the Galician Crown. All of Neustria's Territories belong to the Grand Principality. Neustria's government will consist of a Parliament headed by the Duke of Neustria. Livius Clades has named himself Duke of Neustria in accordance with the laws of the Parliament of Galicia. Long may he reign.

Nuestria is a part of the Grand Principality of Galicia, with it's inclusion Galicia has 50 Provinces. I would like to include these Provinces to the world map and include Neustria's flag but have in brackets that it's under the domain of Galicia. This shouldn't be against RP rules as it's not a separate entity but a vassal state.
This is apart of my introductory territories. I just want to clarify so as not to cause confusion. I don't want to step on any toes an hour into RP.

We'll be setting up a schedule once we get more teams. Also your team, can you use another name. I want the league to look professional and that isn't a very respectful name. Since you want it to be based around Dio, how about the NGE Dio Steamrollers? I appreciate you wanting to join but if you could alter the name I'd appreciate it. Your team can be based around your religion but it can't have vile words. Dio's Dicks can't be used.
