I'll try to explain my idea with numbers, as it easier for me.
Nation A starts the day with 100k soldiers.
He discharge 30k soldiers (30%of the total).
For the rest of the day his daily maximum recruiting will be lowered by 30%.
The day after by 25%, then 20%, than 15%, etc etc..
Or:
If a nation discharge army (not if that nation loose soldiers in a war, only if discharge) his military score will be lowered in 5 days, 20% score reduction every day.

You can look at the daily production as it is allready the portion that the gov takes.

Your are right, at least a portion of italian population talks like you said, but nearly no one of this ppl would really like to live under fascism.

Prolly it's the same of souther usa states: they talk about civil war with dreaming eyes but if a civil war would erupt they would not fight for slavery.

Destroying monument is fuking crazy, man!
I'm italian and we still have fascist monuments and a lot of building from that time. Schools, hospitals, municipalities...
On the other side we have also a law that say that "fascism apologia (defence of fascism or creation of a new fastist party) is illegal. So we keep the monument and jail today fascist. Simple!
Besides, it's crazy deciding to destroy confederate monuments and keep monuments of the era when Usa ppl killed american indian and put them in reserves.
You american have even a historical park for manhattan project!
Keep the monuments. History is written by winner, let looser have some statue, at least.

Simple and easy to implement: always 60% to the winner and 40% of the gains of every single match - no matter where played.
Else, if Alex don't like that way, make a single button for starting match: first time home, second time away, and so on.

Maybe you can consider to change your suggestion by asking to have a possibilty to embargo someone from global embargo tab. And also adding a filter to the global embargo tab to see just yours/nation/alliance/all embargo

There are some proposal to fix market and as I am one of the players who is in the hate list for multiple offers, I wanna give my suggestion.
First let me say that not allowing multiple offer is an error that takes away from me and most of my competitor the fun in playing and it does not even resemble rl, so it's pointless.
What i propose is that a nation cannot put "buy" offer if he has not enough money for ALL of his buying offer. Also if he deposit money in alliance bank or in anyother way the player does not have enought money to fullfill all his offers (i.e.: raided) said offers will be automatic cancelled (starting from the older one).
Nearly same thing for "sell" offer: you have to have in stock what you are selling.
If possible, I also suggest to hide money and resources you put on market. Maybe showing this resources in a different way, something like: iron 2.000,00 (500,00), money 1.000.000 (1.500.000) and so on, just to remember to the player that this money/resources still exist and can still be raided.

Now average food price is 20.
The reality is that if I want to place a "buy" I should try 86 or 87 for food.
To "sell" 88.
So I cannot place offers on food market.
Nearly the same with lead...
Scrap this rule, please!
