Greetings Ladies and Gentleman of Orbit.
The Brotherhood of the Clouds(BoC) is proud to announce our newest Protectorate with the Hanseatic League(HL). We have grown to like these new bloods, and in light of that friendship, we have signed the following agreement:
BoC-HL Protectorate Treaty
Section 1) Pinky Promise
A: Hanseatic League Agrees not to sign any Treaties without notifying BoC 72 hours in advance.
B: Hanseatic League Agrees not to raid any nation in an alliance of 5 or more members.
C: Hanseatic League Agrees not to declare any alliance wars without the consent of BoC.
Section 2) Big Stick
A: The Brotherhood of the Clouds will Protect the Hanseatic League from all Foreign attacks
B: The Brotherhood of the Clouds will aid the Hanseatic League Financially
Section 3) All Grown up
A: The Brotherhood of the Clouds or the Hanseatic League may Cancel this Protectorate for any reason.
B: Once Cancelled, this treaty will be null and void after 48 hours./S/

A BoC Announcement
Today marks one whole year since the Brotherhood of the Clouds was formed. What started out as a rag-tag three man alliance, has grown into a 80+ alliance, that has reached the upper ranks of alliances. We are proud to have come this far, and will be partying it up all day.
