Pursuant to the two posts preceding the founding of the alliance (https://politicsandwar.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19001-concord-a-new-start/ & https://politicsandwar.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19201-concord-a-new-start-post-2/), I, First King of Concord, hereby issue this Writ de Causa.

 

 

 

Official Constitution of the Constitutional Dual Monarchy of Concord

This constitution is a verification of the rights and liberties granted to all members of the Great Constitutional Dual Monarchy of Concord upon application. The rights are listed but not limited to:

1. The right to practice any religion or none at all.

2. The right to free speech and non-censoring of any kind.

3. The right to fair trial in front of an impartial jury and unbiased Judge.

4. The right to elect any government official as a secretary.

5. The right to petition and have a government official impeached including the Kings.

6. All of these laws are to also apply to Pandas (a.k.a Hamilton’s family), Piranhas (a.k.a Furby) and to all fishes.

7. The right to denounce prior abuse of Power by an Official member.

8. The right of defending themselves when they had war declared on.

9. The right of members of Concord to be funded if Raided (does not apply to wars members declared, or wars in which a member or members of Concord declared on someone and someone who was also from that alliance declared war on the attacking Concord member(s) to help that nation).

10. The right to advise other members into developing their nations.

These rights are sworn and protected by ALL government official and it is the duty of the Department of the State and the Department of Human (and Panda) Services to uphold and protect the rights of the individual.

The government of the Great Concord is a Constitutional Monarchy governed by elected officials (by the Chancellor and Kings) and by the rule of law. The election cycle for the Chancellor position is every 2 months except in the event of a crisis such as war, depression, inactivity, impeachment (the untimely removal of a government official), martial law, or executive action.

Concord's Kings retain the right to banish those who are inactive for more than 2 months. We need activity to discourage raiding.

Secretary of Internal Affairs:

-Does recruitment

-Oversee members welfare

Secretary of Foreign Affairs:

-Coordinate fa actions with the kings, act as your chief fa guy though final fa decisions remain with the kings

Secretary of Defense:

-Oversee counter-raids, set military standards and guidelines, ensure members adhere to guidelines

Secretary of Economics:

-Oversee grants programme, welcome bonus etc. works closely with kings in econs

Secretary of Justice:

-Bothers about issues to do with justice, tries to resolve conflicts in a fair manner, oversee court, constitution enforcement

Secretary of State:

-Hold the highest secretary position, does everything
