Hmm, I think we'll need to set up some new rules for the treaty web, since so many new alliances formed recently that are filling up the web and we don't want to make a cluster of it.

Starting from now, lets say that an alliance needs to have at least 10,000 score to be added to the web. Some exceptions can be made per individual evaluation, but I'd like to stick with this since there's too many small AAs circling around today, and if I added you I'd need to add bunch of other micros.

As for the changelog,
