What's the discrepancy? Each Barracks allows you to train a maximum of 3,000 soldiers. The daily recruitment limit is 1/3 of your maximum, or 1,000.

Gender dysphoria is a recognized mental condition, yes, but I suspect you're confused on what gender dysphoria is. Gender dysphoria is not having a non-standard gender identity - which, in and of itself, is not a recognized mental illness. It's the distress resulting from having a gender identity that does not align with one's biological sex. Depending on the individual, appropriate treatments include psychotherapy, hormone treatments and gender reassignment surgery.

Serious answer: The game date (August 4, 2017 in the screenshot you posted) recently surpassed the realworld date. When the game was started up, the Orbis date was set some time in the past, but since it ticks one day/turn, it advances 12 times faster than the realworld calendar. AFAIK, the date has no effect on anything other than determining what season it is.

Vacation mode notice is at the top of the profile. The rest is consistent with an alliance member who is in vacation mode.

If it's included as an option that's entirely different. If it's a replacement of existing taxation it's a terrible idea and has no place as a mandatory aspect of the game.
If an alliance doesn't want a progressive tax rate, they wouldn't set up more than one taxation bracket. Just like how alliances that don't want to tax their members can set the tax rate to 0%.

Out of curiosity, why don't you ever include Alpha in the average city counts?
Alliance Average City Leaderboard (For Alliances With More then 20 Members): -
1 nation per individual.
The first 5 cities don't have a timer, so if you have the money, you can buy the cities. (any alliance worth your time will pay for at least those cities).
Turn change happens every two hours, and the game locks certain functions to maintain integrity while updates are happening.

I've been seeing that message anytime I initiate a naval attack (on the screen where you enter the number of units, before confirming).

Why exactly would you even send just 50 tanks for a ground battle?
Enemy has little-to-no ground force. You, for whatever reason, have no soldiers on hand.

I don't know how the average price is even calculated, but it's not helpful. I see so many stupid offers put up on the market because someone just plugged the "average" price into the offer window.
The whole market interface could use an overhaul.
