  1. Some of these may be already in here, but I don't have time to read multiple pages of material, so I compiled a list of some good ones I think could make it to the game:

    Not severe:

    Minor Drought

    Small Protests

    Small Disease Outbreak

    Small Flooding

Tornado Outbreak (Mostly North America, but can happen elsewhere.)

    Tropical Storm

    Severe:

    Major Drought, Famine

    Major Protests, Small Riots

    Shootings

    Disease Outbreak

    Major Flooding

    Large Tornadic Outbreak

    Hurricane

    National Embezzlement

    Wildfires

    Small Mine Collapses

    National Emergency

    Riots

    Major Pandemic

    Cat. 3 - 5 Hurricane

    Nuclear Incident

    Military Revolt

    Missile Failure

    Large Mine Collapses

Nuclear Meltdown (Small scale, minor evacuations.)

    Earthquakes

    Volcanic Activity (Minor.)

    Terrorist Threats or Terrorist Incidents

    National Evacuations

    Military Coupe

    Nuclear Meltdown (Major/Catastrophic)

    Nuclear Missile Faliure

    Major Landslides

    Earthquakes (Large Scale)

    Volcanic Activity or Eruption

Just my ideas. Some I took, so I give credit where due.

  2. I think it should be said that some people of the sect of Christianity (i.e. Church of Christ, which is what I follow. Not defending it or forcing it, just sayin'.) don't celebrate Christmas as a means of the glorification of God or any eternal being. We don't celebrate it as His birth. We celebrate it because its fun. And can we be honest here? Who doesn't like getting surprises? Anyway, same thing for Halloween. We don't identify it as a sacrilegious or demonic time, we celebrate it because its fun! Dressing up and getting king-sized Reese's Cups! None of these holidays are anything religious to me. They are just fun times of giving and getting fat on carbs.  :P

Those are my thoughts at least.

  3. yeah, he doesn't want one. He doesn't want to get involved. now back off or VU will get involved

    ...

Fine. I'll back off. But shall the threat come, there will be a mud storm. And when the dust clears, the blood won't be on us.

  4. True it doesn't state that u have authority and i've talked with your leader. He never approved of this war. You should probably talk to your leader more often and get informed Dawson ;)

He's worried there will be one.

  5. You're also forgetting about Furby, A 10 city nation. Also, VE opted to go through a military route to regain the lost money, As long as your alliance doesn't interfere, We shall not attack you.

    Oh. My. Goodness.

I can't even.... you know what, I tried to negotiate. I really wanted to be the guy who makes both nations happy, but this is ridiculous.

    I'm done here. I tried.

  6. Jeeze, You can't even look for yourself?

Around 6 mil for city 6 and 8 mil for city 7 because we pay for infra etc too

Sorry bro. Wanna here it from you.

Anyway.... if I am reading it correctly, and I do presume I am, he is making 1.25 million per day. Right? And he said he can pay it over 2 weeks, more or less, right?

Then why do all this over something as silly as 2 weeks!? Really!? This is the worst reason to declare war! If you do this, and you only win by a moderate amount, then you won't get back that 6 million and 8 million back in cash! Plus, not only that, but you'll take a hit as well! You'll also possibly have several bigger alliances on your head declaring war and raiding!

There HAS to be a better way to do this.

  7. The same reason you don't have information about loans on your alliance page

As far as I know, we haven't even set up a system of economics.

If you want to get people not o do this, you have to tell them up front. It's logical.

Okay I posted at the same time as you did so that's why that happened. You have the grounds, but an arrangement was still very clearly made. Please tell me where I can find this on the Alliance page directly.

  9. I personally find it in bad taste. You get in new players, offer them free money to buy cities, and then force them to stay with you or pay back everything you gave them.

The only way I can find it okay is if you very clearly mentioned at the start that these "free" city grants are only "free" if you stay for the entire duration with VE, and that they have to be paid back when you leave. If that's the case, all good.

Exactly, and without fine print, VE may be declaring war on a groundless claim. If VE said that they are free, then they are free.

  10. Recently, VE unofficially declared war upon the Yugo-Pact, a small band of nations that are legally and officially protected by the League of Imperialists. VE, not as a whole, but as several members, have commuted raids against some members of the Yugo-Pact. A full scale war has not been announced, but alliances that protect the Yugo-Pact are recommended to mobilize their armies in case a full scale war is declared.

VE has raided us for no legitimate reason, and the Yugo-Pact is on defense. Please lend us help.
