The Isolationist State starts its own temporary campaign in the name of external protection, and conquers all of east north Africa up to Egypt, borders Israel.
Any refugees that come from the Middle East conflict are welcome to the temporary Entakuqese Mandates In Egypt and Sudan.
the Egyptian Border has been fortified heavily, and Entakuqese troops are on high alert.

If the Britannians would like to interview the Entakuqese leader, they ought to bring a small delegation to our borders, be heavily inspected and never be alone by themselves- always under security's supervision, or else suspicion will arise that they may be spies.

We do not wish for conflict with the nation of Entakuq. We only wish to liberate those who are caught in the vile snares of Arabia.
We are glad Chernigov comes in peace, as both our intentions are made for the better good of humankind.
However, since we are in different factions, conflict may emarge against our common will. Let us hope combat will be initiated only indirectly.

Cuz it adds more unit diversity, just like real warfare. You would want to weaken enemy country force and infrastructure first before sending in your men and tanks.
Regarding the financial expense of your porposed artillery, what use will it have if one can have tens of thousends of soldiers with much cheaper cost?
