As @Ivan III said that there should be a way to counter nuke turreting attacks, HELL NO! Nukes should be powerful and should be immortal for the following reasons:
1. NRF project is already kinda expensive it costs over 100 million+ worth of money and resources.
2. When an alliance starts losing an war they use nuke turreting strategy to destroy their opponents infrastructure.
If ya all are scared about getting nuked it is a sign of Pixel Hugging.
I appeal @Alex to not let pixel huggers to destroy the game.
