A friend of mine gave me their alt email when I went into PnW, soon afterwards I created a new email but have not changed it on PnW. Said friend went by Moskva Tsar when they were still here, tried logging in to see if their account was deleted. After misunderstanding the syncing function now I technically have 2 accounts which I understand is a violation of Forum rules. @Karl Av Norrbotten is the accidental alt and if it could be deleted then thank you. Also yeah I don't in particularly mind if this account gets deleted as well due to myself not being active here at all.

This would add a different dynamic to the game, allowing for more military while having less infrastructure. Although the separation of Farms from cities into a new page might not appeal to many people. I kind of think that lumbermills (plantations?) would require a small amount of steel to build (axes) and a small amount of gasoline (transportation).

I have no idea what happened but from an economic standpoint (and as a player of numerous strategy games), having a large amount of infrastructure would be counterproductive. This is due to some quick calculations I ran, and the least economical way of powering all 20k infrastructure would be to build 80 windmills. Now with 20k, you get 400 improvement slots (20,000 ÷ 50 = 400), and of those 400 slots only 195 would be used by getting max amount of everything that can be made. Also buying more infra is a compound investment, costing more as you buy more (which is odd, but I guess it's to prevent megacities being rapidly build). Also you need many resources to build most of these improvements so more expenses. Yeah I don't think 20k infrastructure is worth it.
