I don't see why Paragon should have to change its name. It's one of the oldest blocs in the game, and it has an insurmountable hegemoney consisting of VE, tS, Rose and Regicide. HBE is lucky to be in the hegemoney's sphere through VE.
This Paragon isn't the Bloc. It's just a micro.

It's easy enough to buy a credit on the market if you don't want to spend RL money on making an alliance.
Someone has to buy that credit though.

Wouldn't that be the same as sending your money to a member of chosen alliance and have them deposit it for you. An extra step but the same regardless.

Dates to get the President's confirmation on who will fill in the vacant Congress spot is expect to take place next Wednesday. Meanwhile, the President will lift the current DefCon status to DefCon 3, a level meaning that no more units shall be purchased or deployed, though all current standing units will remain active, This is after numerous security scares over the last week on the nations military bases, which all intelligence reports have failed to acquire who was behind the attacks.
Finally, Foreign Affairs have expanded once more as the country has expanded its arms into the small Alliance of Regicide, relatively unknown to the open market. Financial and Military aid will be provided over weekly payments to help aid growth and development within. The current Speaker of Government, Lisa Carlisle, has stated in an interview yesterday that "we are happy to announce our pledge to protect and help our new allies at Regicide, and will use the best of our resources to continue to connect and contact them with new alliances to aid them."
