Rose Gets Rok'N Treaty
Article I - Sovereignty
Rose and Ragnarok both agree to respect the others sovereignty.
Article II - Non-Aggression
Neither Rose nor Ragnarok shall engage in or endorse military action against the other. If a member nation is found in violation of this clause, that member will be ordered to offer peace and appropriate reparations as agreed upon by both alliances.
Article III - Intelligence
Both alliances share intelligence if it concerns the sovereignty and well-being of the other. Such intelligence is to be shared as soon as possible.
Article IV - Optional Defense
Each signatory has the right to ask the other to come to their defense. Such aid can be in the form of military, economic, and diplomatic assistance. However, there is no obligation on the part of the signatories to offer such aid. Each signatory must respect the decision of the other, both in the affirmative or the negative.
Article V - Cancellation
Each signatory has to right to cancel the treaty. However, they must provide 72 hour notice to the other on their decision to cancel.TLDR: Rose and Ragnarok sign an ODoAP

Recently, Ragnarok has made some internal changes. We have revised our charter to better suit our alliance,and changed some policies to better suit our needs. We aren't going to post the revised charter here. Feel free to visit our forums and read it there.

It has come to our attention that Germanische Imperiale Ordnung isn't ready to be the alliance they hoped for. And due to recent events by Knights Templar, they have decided to seek a new home here in Ragnarok.
Effective immediately, Germanische Imperiale Ordnung is under the protection of Ragnarok, as their remaining members continue the merging process into our alliance. Also, we ask that all raids against them by Knights Templar end immediately.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our forums decided to go haywire. And after a week of spaz attacks against our members, etc...we decided to pick up and invade a new home land.

It is with great honor that we make this announcement here at Ragnarok. When Ragnarok was a brand new alliance, The Syndicate, took us under their wing and gave us a chance. So, today we announce the protection of a new alliance to Orbis. We feel that Principality of Zeon, led by Zhen, has a great chance to grow and be something special here on Orbis. Ragnarok uses Discord now...but, for those who still like IRC, have that option. Discord is easier to use, though. We prefer our members to use Discord, but they are free to use any option they wish. We just encourage them to get on discord or irc and be active in a mannerism that fits them best.
