This came as a bit of a surprise, as I was expecting to be involved in other never ending war (thinking back to our first war against BK last year).
I wish everyone the best of luck rebuilding. I myself have a new brew I've been wanting to try .

WTF looks forward to the green glow with TCW, and the other prestige alliances that hit us consisting of Purple Flower Garden and Wigglytuffs Guild (and I suppose GoB are mixed in there as well).
It is times like these that I realize the grave mistakes that I have made....should have known better then to stop building nukes once I reached 20.
O well, they make a potion that reverses mistakes made. The Beer Rivers of WTF will be flowing high tonight!

Thanks for the update sheepy! I actually like this update, because as you said, there are many large nations which have thrown the market out of wack. There also seems to be a trend of keeping infrastructure low and this helps add value to further building infrastructure.

Now that being said does WTF keep the Rose optional treaty?
Rose is a cool bunch! So we don't have any plans to drop our ODOAP with them. Plus, roses make our beer garden look better.

Worst Fighters: Pantheon/WTF.
I'm a bit late to this one, but I saw the War Awards voting thing and just needed to know who nominated WTF for worst fighters....and it was someone in an alliance we weren't even fighting lol.

On behalf of the World Task Force, it was an honor to fight alongside Rose and company in our first ever P&W war!
I'm a bit biased, but I think WTF entering the war may have been the biggest surprise out of this conflict. I don't know what it is, but WTF has a history of long wars for some reason (only other one being vs DBDC on another planet...who we are still technically at war with years after the fact lol).
I'll give a shout out to BK for a well fought battle. Many of them were relentless in their airstrike attacks, keeping our air forces at bay.
That being said, I'm very proud of WTFs fight and ability to stick in the war. We were prepared for this thing to continue for another year if needed. RADtx was a beast and wins the war count category! MIBHG launched many nukes and destroyed much infrastructure! Tapley refused to give up the treasure! Globoid and Evulfusion happily funded much of this war out of their own pockets so that all of us in range of BK could burn infrastructure!Now that the war is over, WTF plans to chill and have many beers. Well...more beers I guess, the kegs kept flowing during the war.

Our low tier knows that whatever infra gets destroyed will be rebuilt, and Mensa is still buying cities for our low city people despite the war.
But yeah, they're just so mistreated.
Hmm....WTF getting ideas.
I do hope the BK side knows that just about everyone they are fighting has an upper tier that can easily (and I really stress easily) fund this war for their alliance as long as the BK side wants this war to go.

Before these wars started, I had 60 ships (10 cities, each with 1 Drydock). In these wars, a total of 15 of my ships have been destroyed up to this point. I then purchased 10 back. That should put my ship count at 55 ships (60-15+10 = 55). However, my current count is at 45, not 55. No spy ops has been done on me that would have resulted in me losing ships, so I'm at a loss of where my 10 missing ships went.

That is the war where I lost the 15 ships. I was at 60 earlier today, then after that initial airstrike that destroyed 15 of my ships, my count incorrectly went from 60 to 35.

After inspecting some our own internal buildings, we have decided that many need remodeling work done. We noticed a war going on and and thought what better way to start! WTF activates it's ODP with Rose, to assist them in their war against BK. May our pixels rest in peace and our glorious beer rivers continue to flow.

I actually think 1 credit to create a new alliance is a good idea. People complaining about that with the argument of, "I guess you don't like player retention" are completely missing the point.
If you're a new player and you know no one, your go to move will probably be to create your own alliance....well....you'll quickly learn that doesn't work very well or you quickly get bored out of lack of interaction with other players and bam, your done. One of the biggest aspects of this game is alliance community. If you get involved an an alliance community, you're more likely to stay around I would think.
Though, I will admit I hope the credit cash out value does not increase after this month. Just let the market dictate that. Want more credits sold? More nation cosmetics!

I can definitely understand how not having time at work to waste on the game can change things. I've spent many hours on P&W at work to kill time, but I'm seeing that free time less and less now.
While I always considered you and TEst one of the "worst" alliances (by worst I mean one of my most hated), I always did respect the chaotic nature.I think whether people like to admit it or not, chaos alliances like TEst are what helps keep the game interesting. I'm sure another one will sprout up somewhere.

Ground units can only kill ground units.
Naval units can only kill naval units.
Air units can kill any units. < What makes them OP
The solution needs to be that either air units can only kill air units.
Or Ground/Naval units can kill any units.
Or Air units can only kill 1 type of additional units, same with ground and naval. Air kills sea > sea kills ground > ground kills air, or whatever.
The reason planes are OP is they can kill anything while the other units can only kill themselves.
With the current resistance system making it so planes only killing planes could make an interesting tweak in terms trying to actual win fights. You can win the air game but that doesn't make you win the ground game. To expand on this you can make the superiority a little different. Have it be a round robin. Ground gives advantage against air. Air gives advantage against navy. Navy gives advantage against ground.
The fortify mechanic is good in that it gives people losing something to do and time more effective counters and such, but it needs to be limited. Whether that means reduced effect with multiple uses, you have to perform other actions in between multiple fortifies, or if you're only allowed to fortify X amount of resistance per war. Just needs to be restricted. Take it from someone abusing the hell out of it, having unlimited fortify and being effectively undefeatable is broken.

One man alliances are a clear exploitation, so I like the fact that this is being looked at. However, I'm not really sure blocking bank features for alliances smaller then 5 nations is the way to go. I can see valid cases for alliances smaller then 5 nations. I especially do not like the beige idea for reasons already stated.
What I would propose is implementing a cap for what alliance banks can hold. The cap would be based on the Alliance Score. The higher the score, the higher the cap. This would reduce the benefit of a one man alliance that is just trying to hide money, but also not hinder legitimate start up alliances. I'm not sure what sort of formula you would use for that, or how much work it would take to implement, but I think that would be a cool way to go about it.
