This Coalition of Cowards has made their purpose clear, and I am left with no choice but to oppose their immoral tactics.

 

Opposition does not always come in the form of a war declaration, but I will speak out against those who would attack defenseless people "just because."

I'm not expecting a DoW, at least not right away. But yes, I do think it's silly and ultimately pointless to complain if you don't seriously have the intention of making change with your own two hands.

That would be counter-productive. What I expect him to do is basically !@#$ or get off the pot. Lots of people like to complain but never put in the work to change what they dislike. Also, more competition is great for the game. If someone reads my posts and then goes out, produces results and stirs up some fun as a result, then that's even better.

No sir, that's not what I'm saying at all.

 

What I'm saying is that if you want to oppose the world that you described, you will have to get the power necessary to do so. People who run alliances often put a lot of work into what they do, and you aren't entitled to control their behavior just because. You want to enforce your CB standards? Then put your money where your mouth is.

GPA has no treaties, so we're not debating the efficacy of the CB for that.

 

I'm debating the efficacy of this CB to show that I don't want to live in a world where you can get ganged up on just because your a weak target.

Then you better start building a coalition that can enforce peace. Otherwise, it's a dog eat dog world out there. Nothing comes easy, and that includes peace.

If it's any consolation, you're not alone in your feelings. I was distraught and upset when I joined this game only to discover that they had not secured an award for me in anticipation of my arrival.

This was handled very poorly on GPA's end, from what I can see. War plans should definitely be protected, though. The fact that they even found out about it speaks volumes.

I have to agree here. Only once before have I seen a war plan that was so shoddy it actually got leaked to the opposition, who then posted about it for all to see on the forums. I mean, I may have seen it more, but I sure don't remember it. I'm surprised it happened, and if I were in the private channels discussing it I would be very interested in knowing how it got out.

Well based on the all of the IQ scores I've seen in this thread, literally everyone here is over qualified to join Mensa International and has an IQ in what I'm guessing is the top 1% of the whole planet....

This is pretty much exactly why I never put any trust in people who self-report their IQ on the internet. Everyone claims they're a genius. Even if I had taken an IQ test, I still wouldn't participate in garbage like this for exactly that reason.
