I am His Royal High Timesness Prince Joshua, The First. I have chosen the Title of Prince as tribute to the writings of Niccolo Machiavelli, but make no mistake, I am the King of these lands. My nation, Nuevo Durango (New Durango), is named as such to pay homage to Durango, Mexico, the homeland of my father and his father before him. My people have rebelled against the United States after the unfair treatment and laws aimed to keep them out of the lands that were once ours. For this reason we have beseiged the neighborhood of East Los Angeles, where me and my Queen Diana, the Duchess of Boyle, lay our heads at night in a palace atop the winding hills of City Terrace.
