    This trial is based upon the events before, during, and after The Foxburo incident & the brutal war between The 2nd Armenian Empire (aggressor) vs. The Democratic State Of Aklash. 

     

     

    The trial will consist of two parts. The Evidence Screening, and The Grand Jury Prosecution. During the Evidence Screening both parties and their supporters may bring before the Grand Jury (To be Decided) evidence concerning the trial.   During The Grand Jury Prosecution three out of four jurors must come to an agreement on which party is at fault. They will have 24 hours to decide. If they are unable to decide during these  24 hours, the process will be repeated until they can find enough evidence to prosecute a party. 

     

     

    -Both parties are entitled to ONE lawyer.

    - Both parties may submit evidence on this thread ONLY

    - Both parties may choose what they would like to charge the other for, and may also choose what they should be reimbursed for these said damages. 

    -Both parties may call witnesses to testify to The Grand Jury

    - Witness testimony(s) are allowed as evidence in-front of  to The Grand Jury

    We the people of The Democratic State of Aklash do formally apologize for the mishandling of the  events in the nation of Foxburo, as a clear violation of Foxburo's sovereignty.

     

     

    We would also like to apologize to the civilians, and their families that were effected by the protests. We admit that our intelligence agency found information that was false, and we determined our actions on said false information. 

     

     

    While are intentions were to promote peace in the world, a small intelligence failure resulted in the deaths of many Foxburoians. We have begun an expansion of our intelligence department in order to avoid problems like this in the future. 

     

     

    We would again like to apologize.

    The nation of Foxburo is not a member of your alliance and thus is not subject to your charter. Any actions done within the borders of Foxburo are not only flagrant disregard for sovereignty but also an act of war if done without the governments consent. The Empire of Calondia fully supports Foxburo is their struggle against this insurrection and condemns any outside direct military involvement.

     

     

    Article II states that it is the duty of all TNDC members to carry out these articles throughout the world.

    Over 15 civilian oil workers were detained and tortured.

    Civilian homes were destroyed. 

     

     

    THIS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND IS JUSTIFIED AS A WAR CRIME

     

     

    I urge nations big, and small to assist me in my fight against these cruel, and ruthless villains. No matter what we did, the killings of innocent victims are not to be tolerated.

    Sorry for the misspelling as many of you know English is not my first language.  In regards to this- 

     

    I'm shocked to hear this hypocrisy coming from Aklash. I assure you that as a republic, Foxburo is a democratic nation. The rebels in Swords are a minority promoting violence against unarmed civilians. In Aklash, countless protesters are dead from your governments actions. I advise you handle your own problems and let us handle ours.

     

     

    The said protest that Foxburo is talking about in our country was put to rest forcefully in order to save more lives, and to reinstate order. These protest are now over,thankfully.  According to reports from Aklash Foreign Affairs Department, the protests were caused by an anti-communism  event. We promote demcoracy in order to let everyone have a fair share in how their lives our run. Foxburo promotes communism which we, and the citizens of Foxburo will not tolerate. We formally apologize to the government of Foxburo for assuming they were a communist government.

    The government of Aklash will aid the protesters to help them establish a democratic government in order to protect, and defend the rights of humans around the world. 

     

     

    The actions of the government of Foxburo is an abomination. It is a clear violation of human rights. Their people have the right to debate their form of government, and they have the right to change their government if they feel necessary. We will do whatever we can to aid the protesters in the coming days.

    I made it. :P

     

     

    Any nation shown to be aiding the rebels with anything other than humanitarian aid shall be embargoed by the Foxburo government.

     

     

     

    We are protection the rights of the rebels which are being infringed by their government. This is a clear violation of Article IV of our alliance charter. It is our duty to establish stability, peace, and fairness through out the world, and what your government is doing is condemning citizens for utilizing their freedom of speech.
