While the tolerance of such degenerates armed with nuclear weapons is sickening, the thought of such weapons being used against other such sub-fowl is quite thrilling. And with any ensuing nuclear winter benefiting the expansion of the Nestingland, I see no reason why we should curtail the Fraggles from their mischief.

The Nestingland's fishing techniques require one to already be a member of the Over-fowl, and as such would be of no use to one such as yourself.
However, any nation can merely expand its borders in the name of herringsraum, in order to gain more resources to continue the struggle to Final Victory.
