Not that I'm in favor of a massive stupid donation system for this game....
However, Sheepy does have to cover server costs. Maybe making it $1 to allow you to change the name of a city?

Some form of peace mode is needed for nations. There's no question about that.
War does need some re-balancing too, it is impossible to recover from 2-3 guys hitting you even if you have more troops/tanks/planes or ships. Simply because 1-2 coordinated attacks and you're ruined.
It may be worth nerfing war damages from nation to nation as it's a little too over the top. It may also be a solid suggestion to allow only 1 defeat on your nation every x amount of days. As the winnings someone can get when they "defeat" a nation is stupidly high.

I agree there should be some method to fight back, even if you're out numbered. But I believe this is where an airforce and a navy come into play, however by the looks of your nation.
You'd need one hell of an airforce to even stand a chance.

HSN will not attack inactive/gray nations belonging to alliances in the Top 15 Nations, unless engaged in a war with them. Any members doing so are not doing under permission of the Oligarchy, and will be punished, including possible removal from the alliance.

I'll make this extremely clear, because apparently you don't understand.
You do not attack members of an alliance REGARDLESS if they are gray or not. This is NOT an accepted form of diplomacy at all. If you cannot live with what you cause then do not do it in the first place.
