PRIU, an autonomous legal entity recognized by international law, hereby proclaims its position on the matter of its relationship with the Roman Imperial Republic. It must be stated that PRIU has not been subjected to any unjustified hostile acts nor has it been subjected to any hostile acts at all by the aforementioned state. Consequently, PRIU does not acknowledge any form of hostilities with the Roman Imperial Republic.
However, at this juncture, PRIU's department of jurisprudence, which is vested with the authority to interpret and apply the law, acknowledges Tiberius's purported peculation in "The Bank of Orbis" affair. It should be stressed that this recognition does not represent a declaration of war or any other manifestation of hostility. Furthermore, PRIU's non-recognition of hostilities is peremptory, but is subject to review and examination by PRIU's legal department, which is separate and distinct from the department of jurisprudence.
This non-recognition document is precatory in nature and may or may not reflect the will of PRIU as a whole. Nonetheless, this document is an official instrument of the Prusso Roman Imperial Union and is accorded such status.
