Add Submarines. Very much like naval ships mixed with tanks.
EMP Missile. Like a missile but more expensive and instead of using launch missile as it's action to use it is used when you take the action EMP Launch.
New War Policy. SHEER FORCE. This war policy gives you 20% more casualties on ground battle, sea battles, and air strikes. Also, your opponent drops 10 resistance when you declare war on them. The downside is that when you fortify you only deal 10% more casualties than normal instead of the full 25%
New War Policy. GUERILLA. The war policy will allow you to take 20% less casualties on ground battles, sea battles, and airstrikes. Also, your resistance increases by 10 when someone declares war on you. The downside is that you deal 10% less infrastructure damage.
New War Action. Siege. Soldiers and Tanks take part. A lot like ground battle however, this deals more casualties, infrastructure damage, and an extra 3 resistance is taken away. Costs 5 MAPs
New War Action. EMP Launch. Uses an EMP. It shuts off 1 power plant. Meaning that the city might drop to unpowered. Costs 6 MAPs
New War Action. Brown Water Attack. Uses Submarines and Naval Craft. Like naval battle but it takes loot instead of dealing infrastructure damage.
New War Action. Strategic Bombing. Uses Aircraft. Deals 50 infrastructure damage to one specific city. Costs 6 MAPs
