The Guinean Empire is a newly formed country in the heart of West Africa, but is hardly an empire, as it's land area is 652 square miles. When Guinea broke free from colonization, a weak government was formed. Civilian uprisings led by Dasheroip Gertadj tore threw the heart of the country, and were massively successful. Dasheroip Gertadj was able to break free from Guinea and form his own nation, with Conakry at its heart. Gertadj set up the government as an Autocracy. The new civilians of the Empire were upset that Gertadj had taken total control, but were excited to be free from Guinea. The nation quickly built up its military and its infrastructure. They were ready to show their military power, and declared war on Bulgaria. The war was their first victory. They later annihilated Danoneland, Food Country, and Tomba. They are currently in two active wars, something that upsets many of its 51,516 citizens. Protests started three days ago in Conakry, and are expected to grow in the next few days. BBC News reporter Steven Hart is in the Guinean Empire, keeping an eye on the protests. "Thank you, Don. The situation in the Guinean Empire is getting really serious now, as protesters have been arrested. At 4 AM, police arrested five protesters, and threw them into a local prison. They will not stand trial, and the "Emperor" will decide their punishment. Public executions are not out of the question at this point. Protesters ran away from their protest at that point, but they won't give up their fight. Their goal is to end the Empire's constant involvement in wars, and some think that the only way is to overthrow Dasheroip Gertadj from power. Dasheroip Gertadj has yet to speak on the matter, but is expected to soon. So far, 6,203 soldiers have died in battle in the name of the Guinean Empire. Men aged 18-45 are expected to fight in wars, and the only exception is a physical disability. Some claim that Dasheroip Gertadj plans to use child soldiers in the future, but these seem to be just false reports. It's only a matter of time before this becomes a major issue." Thank you, Steve.
