I would say something like "no one is dumb enough to post all over the OWF if they're a multi," but that already got one guy banned, so who knows?
This actually looks like a bunch of people who couldn't get their emails verified, or one guy who tried to get his friends to join and they all said 'nope.'
Hard to say since obviously Boris Nikolsa = Boriso Nikolsai, so that's almost definitely the same guy. I suppose if no one ever logs on again past the 29th, they will all eventually be deleted for inactivity.

What'd they do? Force people to watch Reward Ads? Make them play baseball? Make them buy Pirate Economy?
I can see wrecking an alliance-- for example, if someone was constantly beiged they might go join an alliance with a good Milcom, or go get a black flag-- but how do you drive someone away from this game? (That is, without forcing them to read the salt on the OWF and go 'what happy people! Yes this is for me!')

The text on the linked page says "This page will display a random 12 alliances [...]", however with a few refreshes it becomes glaringly obvious that alliances have varying chances to appear and many do not appear there at all.
Since your own nation bulletin is against either Discord or Slack (I couldn't tell which), I suggest you go here: https://forum.politicsandwar.com/index.php?/forum/45-alliance-recruitment/ and create a thread where you announce your alliance webpage and/or alliance forums. You'll get the old school yet active players you are looking for.

I assume this is okay, verified, etc... who posts in the top line of "Alliance Recruiting" if they can't pass muster? But better safe than sorry. After all, what if I joined that alliance to get free resources only to find the alliance leader suddenly got deleted? I mean, even Nukey6 is thinking of joining it...

Boy, I hope I don't sound elitist here--- I pride myself on the fact that people actually like me--- but shouldn't you actually be in a couple hundred of raids or wars before you start pondering war mechanics?

He is also thinking of a national project that makes you get 1% extra commerce each time you refer a friend to PnW. You don't know. He might be thinking that.

Not sure. This one might just be a reroll. First there is this:
If Oke is never logged into again, I'd guess that this is just a reroll. Can't tell yet, but if it was just this I wouldn't even post; he might just be waiting until the 18th to delete the first country, such as if he did a trade.

Anyway, I apologize that you're going through this. I don't know if Stencil's account was hacked, if his boyfriend broke up with him or if he's suicidally ragequitting, but he was in Atom. This guy was a church Deacon, after all, and his actions reflect on me and all of us.
