Where does it say it will be shared? It doesnt say anything about how the bank will use its contents. Completely open to interpretation, and he is obviously doing what he feels right. We as the populas of this cyber planet can only stop it threw war. Declare or move on
Why shouldnt the leader get alittle bump? He is the leader. I really doubt the pres of the usa gets minimum wage. Does your boss make what you do? No and they deserve to make more.
I agree that he shouldve applied thru the alliance for a growth loan or made it offical thru talks with his membership. During my time there, there was no application to join, obviously communication within the alliance isnt needed.
Doesnt matter. Im sure they would be pissed if they found out they were just giving him their money. Leaders should horde money/resources. It promotes a slow growth that hurts you and your alliance in the long run and Im sure the members dont even know they are getting taxed.

As of today, it has come to my attention, as well as a few other leaders, that the leader of FSA has been using his members to full his extremely large military. He has also drained his entire bank and has been selling all the food on the open market.

This message is to show the growing problem within FSA and of their leader. I dont think the members are bad. Im sure they dont even know this is happening,but the leader knows and he seems to not care. People much act now. He is already a large threat.

At the same time is worth noting that the current winning alliance seems to be adopt the same old strategy of not sending their opponent into beige but try to max out the damage on the enemy by using air strikes. If I do not remember wrong the leader of Guardian voice out his concern on this issue sometime earlier, but instead we still see the members still doing the same old trick. Not sure if is the members own initiative to do so or was it any form of directive issued for them to act this way.
In war, the goal is to destroy the enemy, not give them protection. It is only natural that people will then do as much damage before allowing them to go into protection.

i like this the defender should always have the advantage when it comes to being attack the just common sence. but you would defenly need to change up the numbers for fortifications 1% for 1steel and some cash seems to low if you want 100% fortifications you need to spend a pretty penny for it
In combat, the defender will not always have the advantage. Sure there the advantage of home territory, but in modern combat, that advantage has all been reduced to nothing.

Its not. At the time the blockades broke, I had one ship and i wasnt attacked from the sea or lost it. I shouldnt have lost the blockades.
