Preservation of the Commonwealth Act

The Freedom party with the support of the Conservative party and the National Front, has passed the Preservation of the Commonwealth Act,allowing the state to arrest and indefinitely detain any and everyone believed to be support of "Anti-American" ideologies such as communism and black nationalism, in addition, it allows the executive to outlaw a political party,organization or movement deemed anti American even without the consent of the constitutional court.
Several high profile figures such as actor John Stone and chairman of the Democrat party Stephen Bakerson have critiqued the bill calling an insult to the founding fathers and have demanded it's immediate repeal,thousands have taken to the streets to demand the removal of the Lorne government from power, however supporters of the bill claim that it will ease national tensions and make life a bit more peaceful for all Americans.
