That way it is less annoying and fair for people who get caught out because of the ReCaptcha program. For instance while training my baseball player I had to deal with it every 6th click on average. It would be less annoying if I was at least rewarded for being inconvenienced and having my time wasted. I mean Captcha while spending money? Spending money is profitable to the game (and by extension you).
