Terrorism doesn't always involve guns and bombs, Terrorism is anything that is meant to put fear in people or intimidate them, and yes Protest can be used as a form of terrorism.

I don't think the future is bring if large changes keep happening.
I encourage Sheepy to pursue small changes. If its not enough, do a little more. If its too much, do a little less.
Sweeping changes, like the ones made to missiles, are unbalancing.
I JUST disbanded my air force and my 2250 tanks and bought up to 20 missiles.
Now I need to disband missiles and rebuy tanks and planes?
For instance, I might have gone with "Missiles to 10% less damage, cost 10% more to maintain, and Iron Dome now has a 30% block rate"
Then re-analyze in 2 months, and tweak it another 5-10% if needed.

One of the challenges to legalization is the growing human trafficing issue. Many men prefer girls to women, and will pay extra for it. As long as that's true, prostitution carries with it the baggage of child-rape. Even in a regulated world, there will be 15 year olds with fake ID's engaging in the practice, willingly or otherwise.
So, I reject blanket statements of "legalize it, duh", or "it should always be illegal". We need to address the issues our society has(and the world seems to have) with men banging little girls before or during a general process to legalize prostitution.
Any attempt to divorce these issues seems contrary to reality.

I'd prefer to see all the proposed perk bonuses nerfed, and then gradually increase the ones that are really bad until they are just marginally "meh". Then you can have a year long tuning process to slowly increase their power.

Another side effect might be "X declares on Y, to take the 1 treasure from the guy who has it. Y ultimatumed to let X take the 1 treasure with no counter attacks, or X keeps their alliance at war endlessly. X also can call in Z, A, B, C and D if needed.
Maybe it would be fun. As long as you aren't Y.

Food is relatively profitable to sell. Therefor, it is not a good resource to buy.
Get some farms!
Edit: I see you do coal/bauxite. Those are also profitable to sell.
Pro-tip: Consolidate both barracks in 1 city, and drop the power plant in the other city. Resource buildings don't need power.
