What happened (describe thoroughly please):It said that I had at least one active war at that time but I don't have an active war.

I have to recover from the EoS to accept trade offers but I may buy some later on especially Gasoline.
Oil.... I don't know why I got an offer of it. You could have changed into buying Uranium or Steel

Spanjola selling/buying(personally):Coal,Lead,Iron,Munitions,Steel and food.
Selling:The prices for the things are:(per ton)
Uranium(until it runs out:361):$1590
Coal:$1850(very useful+I got to spare)
Lead:$1400(due I have too much + very very useful(for munitions))
Iron:$950(due I have too much)
Munitions:$1400(very useful especially at da war)
Steel:$2000(very useful both at war and at home)
Buying:The prices for the things are:(per ton)
Gasoline:$2300
Aluminum:$2500
Bauxite:$2000
Oil:$1250
Note:If the prices are close, I may accept them. Also if 1 of my resources runs out, sorry for the bad news.Also, these rules will apply when I give a personal trade to somebody else and in the alliance markets. These may also be the prices that I will accept globally but for buying it is - and for selling it is +.
I really need Aluminium and a little Gasoline to help with the aircraft and the ships I have to support.
I really need to sell my Steel and Munitions(cause of I have too much, the price will decrease by +$200).
However, I will try to increase my prices when I don't need them (currently Oil and Bauxite so +$200 for them.)

Once my aluminium was the best producer in my nation:Spanjola but now it has just 86 tons per day....

Its pretty hard to create a functional alliance without some friends. Doing it yourself, especially with no experience will be surely impossible.
However, I bid you good luck.
Don't worry, to handle the alliance, I am handling my economy and military forces.
Seems to get me in the top score.

Thanks, no members are joining but seems that my power is growing quickly causing the alliance to be in a higher rank.
Oh and yeah, I am that point which means I may end up with a big alliance.
