Guys, guys.
We can work out a deal here. HSN would like the color bonus for red to be lower, Terminus will get larger bonus if they switch to another color (and discuss it with a primary alliance on said color). We don't need to bring this to the public forums when private messages and Iirc are more than valid enough ways of communication.

Thanks for the invite to check this out. Our answer is no.
The idea is great on paper. Really. But a very similar idea was tried before in a similar game. All it did was cause a major split in the player base, tons of frustration, and fostered an elitist attitude. That game is now dead and closed.
Lets be real here. Nothing good will come of this. We don't need a court to spice up the political aspect of the game. We don't need arbitrary laws that can't be enforced. And we certainly don't need a thinly veiled military bloc posing as some kind of justice system.
That's my two cents based on past experiences, and how this reads to me.

Terminus Est is a military based alliance that seeks to protect its own members, make a few friends, and have as many laughs as possible. We are very laid back, and prefer to do things in a simple straight forward way rather than have endless votes, treaties, and other such paper work. As such, we have two equal leaders: El Pinchazo and Myself. For all intents and purposes we are completely equal when it comes down to running the alliance. We'll be picking Officers and Diplomats to help manage things when needed in the future.
For the time being, the easiest way to get in touch with us is via a PM or through IRC at #TerminusEst on coldfront. We have forums, but sadly they are so old and full of cobwebs and spiders that I think they have taken over. Donations of gasoline to purge the invaders is welcome.
A little about our us:
Raiding: We raid. However, we keep it to unaligned nations or single man alliances. When asked for peace, we give it.
War: We enjoy it. But we aren't going to start a war without a pretty valid reason. Raid us, we'll fight back. Call our mother a lush, we'll likely agree and laugh. In the event of a war, we're pretty big on slugging it out, then shaking hands at the end of the day and calling it even.
Diplomacy: We like friends. Come by, have a beer, talk about the big game last week. We hate paperwork and treaties, but we know who our friends are.
We'll be making a more 'official' looking and sounding charter when we're not being lazy. If you have any specific questions, issues, or suggestions, feel free to chat us up.
