See, this is why we had such a problem with Raiders Return. If you're going to fight a war with the world, you can at least make it fun for everyone involved.
We have not declared any wars. We only express that we support wars for any reason. The true enemy is neutral alliances.

I, (Randy Savage), agree to the following if I choose to accept a loan from the Cirrus Bank:
-Pay all interest associated
-Repay the principal
-Act in good faith to repay all my debts and refrain from misrepresenting my intentions or history.
I also give the Cirrus Bank, or whoever may hold my debt in the future, the right to reclaim my debt through the use of force. I agree to inform any alliance I may join while holding this debt of this arrangement.

CNT endorses and supports (in anyway we like) any type of violence against anyone. This means scammers, swindlers, "terrorists", freedom-fighters, saboteurs, spy's (for us and against us), agent provocateurs, people performing black flag operations, people that write things that could be viewed as defamation, guerilla warriors, insurgents, resistance movements, underground resistances movements, people that just want to see the world burn, revolutionaries, militias, hired guns, paramilitaries, mercenaries, pirates, privateers, partisans, defectors, organized crime members, petty thieves, just normal criminals, rebellions, counter-rebellions, raiders and things I can't think of are all welcome to just move over. There are no requirements and demands, as soon as you set foot on the CNT alliance affiliation you're one of us. Everyone complaining about our actions will get a deal with it auto reply.

National Confederation of Labour
Charter:
Preamble:
The National Confederation of Labour seeks to promote the ideals of Voluntaryism on the international stage and to create and foster a supportive community of Libertarians and Anarchists. These principles are absolutely central to what the National Confederation of Labour(CNT) is as an alliance and this serves solely to support that.
Article I: The Legislative Body
A. The Role of the General Assembly
The General Assembly is the sole body in CNT responsible for legislating alliance policy.
B. Organization and Powers of the General Assembly
The General Assembly is a directly democratic organization composed of all members of the Confederation. It has the sole power to legislate on all issues and passes legislation with (1/2)+1 approval of voting members after 48 hours with the exception of amendments and offensive war declarations. Offensive war declarations that are not mandated by foreign affairs agreements have a 24 hour voting period. Amendments require a (2/3)+1 majority.
Article II: The Executive Body
A. The Role of the People's Committee
The People's Committee is the sole executive body of CNT. Its primary purpose is to put the legislation of the General Assembly into action.
B. Elections of Delegates to the People's Committee
All delegates are voted into office by the General Assembly in bimonthly elections. Anyone may make themselves a candidate, and a candidate will win the election if they get the most votes for that position.
C. Organization of the People's Committee
The People's Committee is divided into Branches and the General Committee.
Each Branch is led by a Branch Delegate and has domain over a specific area of executive responsibility. At the adoption of this Charter they are:
-The Economic Branch, responsible for coordinaitng and enforcing the economic efforts of CNT. This includes but is not limited to, organizing trades, redistributing money, organizing growth plans, and implementing the structures necessary for creating an efficient alliance economy.
-The Military Branch, responsible for the maintenance of CNT's military structure and implementing the military goals of the alliance. This includes but is not limited to organizing war plans to follow in war time, enforcing military requirements mandated by the General Assembly, organizing war time aid distribution, and implementing the structures necessary for a fully functional alliance military.
- The Foreign Affairs Branch, responsible for implementing the foreign affairs policies of CNT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining a core of diplomats, regulating embassies, setting up inter-alliance conferences, and implementing the structures necessary for effective interalliance communication.
-The Education Branch, responsible for the recruitment, training, and general well being of newcomers to the alliance. This includes but is not limited to creating and sending mass recruitment messages, creating guides for new comers, and setting up the structures necessary to promote activity and knowledgeability in new members.
Branches can be added or taken away at the discretion of the General Assembly as a matter of policy.
The General Committee is composed of General Delegates. It has domain over all areas of executive responsibility, but can not override Branch Delegates in the respective fields of the Branch Delegates. The amount of delegates in the People's Committee shall be determined by the Assembly as a matter of policy.
All delegates may, at their discretion, request the help of Assembly members if and when necessary to complete their tasks.
If conflict arises between delegates, the Head Delegate is responsible for resolving the conflict.
D. Head Delegate
The Head Delegate has the responsibility of coordinating the People's Committee in order to effectively implement alliance decisions. The Head Delegate also serves as a figure head of the alliance, is in charge of official alliance announcements, and has the power to suspend a member until the General Assembly and suspended members have decided to overturn the suspension by a majority vote over the course of 48 hours.
E. Accountability
If delegates are found to be neglecting their duties, or doing them inefficiently or not properly, or some related reason, any member of the Confederation may vote to have the delegate recalled. The recall will have the same voting procedure as standard policy decisions. If the delegate is recalled, a special election will be held following the same procedure as normal elections. While this special election occurs, the Head Delegate will take over the responsibilities of the delegate being recalled. If the recall is for the Head Delegate, then the delegates will work together until a new Head Delegate is elected.
F. Power of the People's Committee
The People's Committee has the right to enforce the decisions of the General Assembly within the bounds set by the General Assembly. The People's Committe also has the right to implement plans based on the General Assembly's decisions that were not explicitly approved by the People's Committee unless the General Assembly specifically prohibits it. Additionally, all delegates automatically become "in-game" government members, unless the General Assembly decides their branch does not have this priviledge or the delegate refuses the position.
Article III: Collectives
A. The Role of Collectives
Collectives are groups that any member of the CNT may join in order to be politically represented. Though these groups have no official power, they are the organizing grounds for rallying around candidates, getting word out on issues, and similar such activities.
B. Rights of Collectives
Collectives must all be given proper communication channels by Administration and their freedom to organize may not be taken away.
Article IV: Administration
A. The Role of the Administration
The Administration is the primary means for CNT to regulate and organize its channels of communication.
B. Elections of Administers
Administrators follow the same election rules of delegates, except their positions last until they resign or are recalled.
C. Powers and Responsibilities of Administrators
The administration is responsible for the daily management of the Communication channels of CNT. This includes but is not limited to, masking and demasking, creating and maintaining sub forums, and standard moderating practices. Additionally, all administrators are "in-game" government members, unless the Assembly specifically rejects it for an a specific Administrator, or the Administrator declines.
Signed,
The People of the National Confederation of Labour.
I didn't mean to turn you on. Rawr.- 1
