A lot (not all) of citizens carry guns specifically because they are cowards.
I agree with your other points, but this one I feel is an unfair assessment. Wanting a gun for extra protection, or if you are too weak to defend yourself through other means is not the same as cowardice. It's about not trusting your protection to a phone number that will be there in 5 minutes, things happen in seconds, ad nobody is more qualified to defend you in that instant but yourself.

Desperate times desperate measures I guess. It was either this, or GPA would likely lose whatever members it had left.
I understand why they did it, but It just doesn't seem worth it in the end.

I don't think this is true. GPA stopped being a home for people "learning to play the game" when it sped past everyone else to the #1 spot by a large margin. I'm sure there are still places in Orbis where people new to the game can hang out, be protected, learn how the game is played and enjoy it for what it is. Most other alliances not purporting to be neutral (or the "neutral menace") will teach their players to appreciate war as the competitive and fun part of the game.
How does holding a leaderboards spot stop an alliance from being a place to learn the game? That happened because they didn't war when others do.
Which other places in the top 10 can players hang out that won't get involved with warring or occasional raids from other alliances? Many players do not want to war, and do not want their alliance to pull them into wars either. GPA didn't do that.

This after a war against an alliance that just wants to build up their nations in peace. Not everyone plays nation sim games to blow stuff up.
Yup. I can tell you I won't be spending anymore money on this game as long as my progress can all be taken away in less than a weeks time. (I spent around $100-150)
I understand it's the game and my fault/should have protected it blah blah blah, but as far as game longevity goes, this war did more harm to the playerbase as a whole than it did to GPA.
GPA to me was always the place for people to learn, and then either teach the next group of new players and hang out, or leave to join a less neutral alliance. It was a good transition point to get people interested in the game in a "safe" setting.
Now that's pretty much gone, and I'm sure the game will keep chugging along, but as long as this style of warfare exists the playerbase will get lower and lower until it dies.

Nothing is inherently moral. Morality is relative based on each person's upbringing and life experiences. The only static morality that exists is the laws society chooses to follow through popular consensus. Those who do not agree with society and breaks these moralities are the criminals that are incarcerated and removed as to not be in conflict with popular ideology.
What is immoral to you, or anybody for that matter, is almost surely moral to somebody else.
If a person was to attack me I would put them down whether the law dictated it was moral for me to do so or not.

How can you guys just tear people apart like this, I was trying to help the community like people with low nation scores. You would do this if you had a low nation score, and trust me you would even on this thread if you say no.
I am also not a new player. I have played since the beginning of P&W.
We're telling you what you need to hear. We could all justifiably call you names right now, but we're being more civil than that.
Putting a random acronym in your nation description doesn't mean anything to anybody. Do you know how many "Player Alliances" get raided on a daily basis? Tons. Tons get raided on a daily basis. What would make yours any different? What about your idea would earn the communities respect? Do you protect each other? Teach new players how to play the game? Respect is such a broad term that it needs context to mean anything. In what way would your pact stand for respect? It would help if you gave us a plan on what you are trying to accomplish.
If I were a new player, I would apply to an established alliance that helps its own, and learn to grow. I would not be !@#$ing around making signature art and roleplaying in my nation description pretending that it will protect me when the raiders come. The only thing that deters raiders is superior firepower either through a nation, or a nations alliance.
If you can't be arsed to write a simple paragraph explaining yourself then you do not have the energy needed to protect a community. It's work.

Why don't all you small nations join a big boy alliance of your choosing and then become big nations?
Putting a little bit of text on your profile doesn't help improve anyones situation. You aren't protecting each other, you aren't really talking to each other, What's the point?

I believe that for the most part, Non whites have the same base rights as Whites do.
There may be certain cases where discrimination has occurred, and it might even be frequent, but I also believe that this is not the "Norm"
I think we pander to anyone who cries the loudest and it's getting increasingly pathetic for both parties as time goes on. There are minorities in virtually every occupation now and the numbers are growing every day. There are also minorities breaking into the political office scene as well.
I'm pro equal treatment, but I am not fond of whiners looking to tear people down because they can't do what many other people of their color are doing on a daily basis. I'm also not too fond of people hiring a non white just because they need to reach some minority quota and not based on his or her work experience or work ethic.
Affirmative action a shit basically.
