But isn't a major part of the game being able to farm inactive nations for the monies?

It's been a week, can we have our >bloc pip now?

I.can never tell who is in charge of that group of well. Bye.
Thats what happens when like 10 or so different alliances merge as one big alliance in a new game. Our only leader is Rumsod, and he is badmin
Our true leader is Shrek.

We are the >Bloc party. Or identity is >Bloc. Our members are from >Bloc. If >Bloc wasn't dead our whole existence would be one big advertisement.
Ah, but my point is that your pip submission there explicitly makes reference to the game ("a game of geopolitics") rather than to just your alliance here. Consider the GPA's pip - using GPA iconography was permissible, as it is not specifically saying anything about Cyber Nations.
Sure is loving selective enforcing of the rules around here.

Yeah, why can't I assault my own civilians for no reason? This is an outrage!
What would be the point of this?
Another game mechanic to promote diversity of interest and inspire new users to integrate themselves within the community.

Will Chemical Strikes be available soon?

That only represents a tiny portion of GDP, is the industry really of significant enough size that removing guns in households could damage the economy?

As an Australia, we have banned guns over a decade ago after a horrendous massacre. This policy has worked and reduced all gun crime to an almost zero range. Why can't America do the same?
Because we aren't the descendants of cut purses and cut throats.
Taking that out of the equation. Guns are a much larger part of our history and culture. Competition shooting, hunting, target shooting, home defense guns, and many other forms of gun owner ship exist in the US. Crimes are a very small part of our gun culture. Plus with our economy getting worse and worse we can't really afford the drop in jobs, taxable incomes, and other things that we can't afford to give up.
How does increased gun control lead to a loss in jobs, taxable incomes and other things we can't afford to give up?

Fantastic work Bloc diaspora, another milestone in our turgid history!

I will never understand why this community is so hostile to any suggestion that doesn't directly impact game mechanics.
It's less a case of hostility towards ideas that don't affect game mechanics, more hostility towards ideas that could be wasting Sheepy's time where he could otherwise be working on game mechanics.
How much time would it truly waste though? I'd like to see a cost/benefit ratio developed for this endeavour.

The forum is picking up activity with over 60 new registered members in the past 48 hours. New content is being produced at an exponentially increasing rate and thus there is more good content which is to be "liked". These draconian liking restrictions need to be lifted and a new liking regime implemented in order to encourage high quality posting and keeping the forum standard at an all time high like it always has been.

I don't need another damn argument on this forum.
Let's just agree to disagree before someone gets there feelings hurt.
The only method to constructive conclusions are upon the trampled remains of feelings.

My monitor is a cheap $23 Walmart brand one which doesn't have brightness settings. My retinas are under searing heat.

But civilians and normal people aren't trained like the military to defend our country. You wouldn't trust a random person to run around and be a doctor would you? If people want to defend our country they could join the national guard.
We can't just allow people that are untrained to have these dangerous weapons.
Guns are much more lethal in trained hands than in untrained hands. If someone is going to go on a shooting spree, you want it to be someone without any firearms training; not some ex-marine sharpshooter.
A gun is lethal no matter what training. A bullet does serious damage whether or not you've been trained to use it or not. To be honest, I'd rather not be around anyone who is going to go on a shooting spree. The true solution to this problem isn't prohibition - which has rarely worked on either alcohol or drugs - it's a change in society and social policy.

I find the free market will correct itself over due course. We just might need to ride out some of the famine-ridden months
