I mean, why couldn't we implement a system like NS's? Having the option to change a colour scheme isn't going to derail the development of this game. Or it might, who knows.

 

 

Telling people to deal with poor gfx choices by changing stuff on their end is pretty childish, especially if you're the one with the power to change the poor choices for everyone. 

 

From a purely utilitarian point of view, asking the whole playerbase to change their brightness settings (which makes reading harder, btw), is a lot less efficient than having 1 person spend 5 minutes implementing a theme system.
