Still the reset button for projects is not working

Ive been trying for some days now to reset the project timer but it says that i already a slot and there is no need to exempt a credit. The thing is that the Projects are not working and i havent been able to reset the timer. Thank you

Ive used One credit to reset my national projects. It ate the credit and didnt unlock the Projects

I think my nation is full of bugs. The text to present the nation is wrong, it repeats itself. Then i tried to start a project with a credits but is says i dont need One cos i have a slot avaliable. In the project page it says the oposite
