After a few government members decided to leave Masonia for other alliances, we have decided to make a few changes. First, we've changed our name back to Vox Populi. Secondly, we've decided to slim down our positions to eight from our previous ten. Thirdly, we switched from a triumvirate system to a single-leader system. Our new gov is as follows:

Yuriko Kawajima, Regent Lady; Guider of Internal Harmony and Protection
Colin Smyth, Guider of Wealth and Prosperity
Peter Quill, Guider of External Harmony

When you said you switched from 10 government members to 8. I counted the ones that you listed and I only got 7. Are you adding another government position or did you simply meant 7 instead of 8?

Our issue came when Animal Empire attacked Golden Phoenix Coalition. Yes, they were new, and yes, they did accept someone without proper vetting. Mistakes happen at this level and this is a good way to learn them. I will gladly state that the person that stole 4 or 15 million from Animal Empire deserved to be attacked and raided until either the nation repays what is owed, has an alliance/another nation cover the cost, or is removed from the game.
However, Animal Empire’s constant attack on Golden Phoenix after the person was both removed and deleted, lead Zeon to believe that Animal Empire was then becoming a bully to a fellow micro alliance, and did not wish for Golden Phoenix to grow, but rather wanted to show their force against a smaller alliance. Being an alliance that highly values independence and prosperity among its members in a peaceful manner, Zeon agreed to front the money at no cost to Golden Phoenix Coalition, in return for them to peacefully resolve all conflicts.
Should Animal Empire state they are for the peace, stability, and prosperity of new alliances and nations to grow, follow through on this agreement, and halt their violation of other alliances will for independence, Zeon will gladly consider a peace agreement with Animal Empire at no cost to them.

If it gave any indication we were bullying GPC then we should be responsible for any indication of that, but the fact still stands thay we stopped all wars after we agreed to a non aggression pact with GPC. We stopped all attacked on GPC but if your implying that we were bullying GPC on discord then you are mistaken.

The time has come for the Animal Empire to finally answer the call that KT left, and so I must.
The fact that KT is attacking us over their members joining us is quite confusing and dissapointing. We are a micro but that DOES NOT make the fact that raiding your own protectorates, and making them delete their nations is acceptable. I fear that KT will then raid their other protectorates, such as Ironborn or The Royal Dragons (The leaders of those alliances should watch their backs now).
I have fought tooth and nail in order to get peace with KT, Zeon and Arrgh, but all forms of agreement are failing. They are persistent to roll us for reasons that even the greatest alliances have done, if not are currently doing.
There was a fine line between our alliances Thalmor, and while I am still willing to accept peace via some sort of agreement(s), I do not like the fact that you crossed our line, and your crossed it way too far.
As leader of the Animal Empire I hereby declare that we will not disband, and we will stand our ground until the day we cease to exist.

This attack is condemned by Animal empire calling it a pathetic excuse to attack their own protectorate, in which they agreed to defend. Not only did they betray us they have turned our allies against us.
If this is to get us to surrender and merge into Knights Templar for your own personal gain. Then we of animal empire would have to decline as this war you started is a massacre and remake of syndicate being rolled from eveyone

Why are you trying to incite a problem. We said it was 15 million from the start. 5 million is what Rozalia said he would pay to fix your city from the damage you caused before this became a war.

The 15 million was from the robber guy himself. The other 4 million is from a different guy they claim was a multi of the robber.
Thank you! Somebody who actually knows about the situation and knows what happened. 4 million was for something eles that we dropped but the 15 million had to be paid back since that was a loan from the alliance.
So to everyone who is criticizing me and catsby for extorting. Here is my response "You do not know the full situation only bits and pieces so lay off and just get over it. We got our 15 million and it's a done deal!."

Perhaps. Though this wasn't so much a war as it was a form of extortion by Catsby to get money because GPC wouldn't merge. He's been pestering everyone between ranks 50-60 to merge lol.
It shows AE needs the money, since it doesn't look like they can really fund the five they claim.

That's basically what happened and if you think catsby was extorting for money. Then why would he get a micro to pay 15 million to him when he has a number 1 member producing 80% the income of the alliance.
P.s we can fund up to 5 cities if our members ask for it

We got our money back as simple as that.

After the Golden Phoenix Coalition has been only existing for a day, the Animal Empire's leader attacked me, the leader, and our officer. The main reason is due to the fact that our officer theFrozenMapper stole, which makes sense, but due to the attack on me the leader we see this as an act of war. Also, the members of the Animal Empire stated that we are at war, so yeah. God help us!

Catsby, declaring yourself neutral is the stupidest thing possible in Politics and War. If you read Regicide's declaration of not attacking things, you would know I was once a dumb noob that. In this game, to be neutral is to have no treaties and get rolled by Arrgh.
Correction, we do have treaties and a protector. Plus, catsby was not the only one who said stay out of the war. It was the entire alliance that said to stay neutral in this conflict.
