I had an Immense Triumph air attack, and after the "Manual force the update" and server borking I no longer have air superiority and there has been no successful air attack by this opponent against me.

You do not have enough money to pay for power plant and improvement upkeep, so your city is unpowered. Last turn you did not have enough money to pay off your deficit, on the next turn you have enough money to cover your deficit (or are earning a surplus) power will be restored.

What happened (describe thoroughly please): steps to recreate:

Look at trade page for any particular resource

Create a trade offer for that resource, then click "Go Back" to:

View trade screen that lists all the trade offers for that resource

Click the button to delete your trade offer, then allow the page to load

Click on another trade offer (somebody else's) to buy stuff.  Game generates error :

You can't delete that trade offer because it doesn't exist.
