  1. I would really like to know why you folks decided to use that rune. Might just be a mishap but it's rune linked to both nazis and neo-nazi groups. What was your idea behind it?

    You have made no points, just unfactual bs. Nothing you said about Ragnarok has any relevance of fact at all.

    There is nothing wrong with our flag, alliance name, etc. We don't have anything that comes close to a racist, hurtful, etc ideology at all in our alliance.

    On this day, April 5th, 2016, a great force has decided to disrupt the Orbis Universe. We are Ragnarok. And today, we declare our existence to P&W.  

     

    Ragnarok is a brotherhood of member nations that stand as a united alliance. Our ideals are integrity, brotherhood, unity, sovereignty, loyalty, and prosperity. Within Ragnarok, our main goal is to achieve excellence in everything we do, as well as to achieve prosperity for our alliance.

    Charter of  Ragnarok
     
    Preamble:
     
    We, the sovereign member nations of Ragnarok, hereby unite together in the establishment of this alliance. This charter is the official document that outlines our admission policies, government structure, alliance procedures, member rights and obligations, as well, as our domestic and foreign policies.
     
    The member nations of the Ragnarok stand together to achieve our alliance goals, which are: brotherhood, unity, integrity, sovereignty, loyalty.  
     
     
    Article I: Admission & Resignation Policies
    Ragnarok welcomes anyone who wishes to join our alliance. All applicants who apply to Ragnarok are agreeing to abide by all alliance policies, our charter, and any directives by the Ragnarok Government.
     
    - Applicants must apply in-game and on our forums. Failure to do so will result in the applicant being denied membership.
    - Applicants cannot be a member of another alliance while in Ragnarok.
    - Applicants are expected to switch to the Black team,and remain on it as long as they are in the alliance.
    - Any applicant wishing to join the alliance, who is in a war at the time of the posting of an application will be denied.The applicant is welcome to reapply once their conflict has been resolved.
    - All applicants for membership in to the alliance, also agree to abide by all rules, polices, and government directives while in the alliance.
    - Ragnarok is a brotherhood. All members must be willing to uphold and defend the honor, loyalty, integrity, brotherhood and sovereignty of the alliance no matter what.
     
     
    Once the Applicant has posted their application for membership, the Minister of Culture will review your application. If the application is complete as requested, the applicant will be approved for membership.
     
    Revocation of Membership
    A Ragnarok member may have their  membership revoked, if the members' actions are deemed detrimental to the alliance. The revocation may be due to a violation of an alliance policy, violation of our Charter, or other any reason deemable by the Ragnarok Government.
     
    Resignation Policy:
    Ragnarok members may resign from the alliance at any time. The member must be in good standing, must not be engaged in an alliance war or conflict, have no unpaid debts, and has posted their resignation in the appropriate area on our forums.
     
    Article II: Konungr
    All new members of Ragnarok who have been granted membership, will have a seat in the Konungr, and will be granted a voice in all alliance affairs.
     
    Article III: Ragnarok Governing Structure
     
    Ragnarok is governed by  the Einherjar, Buolungr, and  four VIceroys who are appointed to oversee all Ragnarok affairs within the alliance.
     
    The Einherjar:
    The Einherjar oversees all alliance affairs. The Einherjar has the authority to veto any legislation,policy,etc that isn't deemed beneficial for the alliance. The Einherjar must include the Emissary in all affairs pertaining to the alliance, but the Einherjar has the final say. The Einherjar may appoint and remove any government official with cause only,at any time.
     
    The Buolungr: 
    The Buolungr is the second in command of the alliance. The Buolungr is in charge when the Einherjar is away. He/She is also the chief advisor for the Einherjar. The Buolungrs' job is to help the Einherjar run the alliance efficiently, and assist him with maintaining the efficiency of the viceroy's and their departments. The Emissary has the same authority as the Einherjar, except for he/she can't veto legislation, declare war, disband/merge the alliance,or sign any treaties without the Einherjar's approval. The Buolungr oversees the Konungr and oversees the efficiency of the alliance departments. The Buolungr is the leader of the Konungr.
     
     
    Einherjar or Buolungr Resignation
    When the Einherjar steps down from public office, he/she must appoint  a new Einherjar to fill the vacated post. Once a new Einherjar is appointed, he/she has the authority to appoint a new governing body to help run the alliance.
     
    When the Buolungr decides to step down, the Einherjar may appoint a replacement of his choosing to fill the vacated position.
     
    Article III: The Viceroys
     
    Viceroy of Culture:
    Oversees alliance membership, member education, recruiting, keeping open internal communications with alliance members, and other internal policies for the membership of the alliance.
     
    Viceroy of Commerce:
    The Viceroy of Commerce will oversee and run all financial matters for Ragnarok. The Viceroy of Commerce manages the bank and its stockpiles, any and all loans, aid programs, & oversees member trades within Ragnarok. 
     
    Viceroy of Diplomacy:
    The Viceroy of Diplomacy is in charge of establishing relations with other alliances, managing diplomats, signing treaties,etc for Ragnarok on Orbis.
     
    Viceory of War:
    The Viceroy of War will oversee the defense of Ragnarok. The Viceroy of War is responsible for managing and maintaining a strong military for the alliance. 
     
    Article VI: Elections and Appointments
    Ragnarok doesn't hold alliance elections for any government positions. Here in Ragnarok, the Einherjar and the Buolungr work together and make appointments to alliance positions. All appointments are based on member activity, and the willingness of said member to want to help improve the alliance witihin the specific departments they wish to assist in.
     
    Article VII: Alliance Policies
     
    Raiding:
    Ragnarok respects the sovereignty of all unaligned nations, and member nations of Orbis alliances. Ragnarok has a strict NO RAIDING Policy on any aligned or unaligned nations for any reason. 
     
     Diplomatic Affairs Policy:
    Ragnarok strives at all times to remain a peaceful alliance. We will only involve ourselves in affairs that directly involve us or an ally. We are adamant about working hard to resolve any and all disputes diplomatically. We know that diplomacy may not always work, so, if needed, we will seek immediate mediation through an ally. If all diplomacy or mediation doesn't solve all lingering issues, we will use military force, and any resources at our disposal to handle the issue.
     
    War Policy:
    Ragnarok Government considers any declaration of war, spying, or any aggressive action against any of our members, as an act of war against Ragnarok  as a whole. We value our sovereignty, and will defend it, using any resources at our disposal to defend off the threat.
     
    No member of Ragnarok is authorized to engage in a war without the permission of the Viceory of War, or the Einherjar, or Boulongr.
     
    Article VIII. Charter Amendments
    Any member of Ragnarok may bring to the Konungr any charter amendment or policy idea for discussion and possible vote into law. In order for any charter amendment or policy to become law, it must be approved in the Konungr by a majority approval of the alliance.
     
    Article IX: Ratification

    We, the membership of Ragnarok, hold this charter as accurate to the will of the membership and agree to the specifications contained herein.
