yes, and I have to agree with him, but you can understand why I am offended.

 

If someone in the military isn't offended by it, then you shouldn't be either (and if your family members/friends get offended by this copypasta, they need a much thicker skin). There are a lot worse things that could be said and this doesn't even rank on a scale of "things that would offend a sensible internet user", even if they are serving/had served.
